YB Natural Products Multigrain Sprouted Flour is made from the below mentioned 11 different varieties of grains and millets:
Green Gram, Wheat, Flax Seeds, Cow Pea, Maize, Sorghum, Pearl Millet, Horse gram, Barley, Alfalfa and Finger Millet.
All the above mentioned grains are sprouted and made into a flour in the right combination.
Since it contains the right proportion of vitamins, proteins, calories and fibre, drinking this malt everyday will keep your body cool. It strengthens the immune system and assists in managing diabetes, BP, joint pains and weakness.
Usage: Boil 1 spoon of the flour along with a glass of milk or water for 3 mins and add honey/jaggery for taste and drink. You can also mix it in right proportions with dosa batter or roti batter to improve their nutritional value.
