Currently there are very few manufacturers of cold pressed sunflower oil using the traditional wooden ghani run by a bull.
The high rpm of an electricity run ghani destroys essential nutrients due to the heat generated during the process. A traditional bull operated ghani does not gets heated up thus no nutrient loss, conserving all its nutrients and flavour.
